The other night I wrote that I was having one of my “can’t sleep” nights. I ended up staying up until almost 4:00 AM that night, and only got a couple of hours of sleep. I made it through the day fairly well yesterday, getting a few things done, but it was obvious that I wasn’t going to have a difficult time sleeping last night. We finally wrapped things up for the night around 10:00, as soon as I laid down I was hit with a headache. I knew that I should have gotten up and taken something right away, but I was tired and hoped that a good nights sleep would take care of it.
I should have known from my past history not to do that! When I woke up this morning I had a full blown migraine. It took 2 doses of my migraine meds, two doses of Tylenol, and a 5 hour nap to get rid of it, and sleeping that long during the day really threw me off! But thankfully tonight I’m feeling better! Good thing too, because my husband got called into work tonight, so it’s just me and the kids!
