1. As of today, I am 41 years old
  2. I am a mother of a 14 year old boy and 11 year old girl
  3. I am a wife of almost 15 years
  4. We have 2 dogs, a boxer mix named Harley and a Labrador named Riley
  5. We moved out to the country in the summer of 2005
  6. I am a fair and self taught budding graphic artist
  7. I’ve filled out me FAFSA and hope to go back to school this fall (2007)
  8. I don’t ask for much and make do with what I have
  9. One of my biggest pet peeves is self centered people
  10. I recently got back in touch with a VERY dear friend who means the world to me!
  11. SHE has gotten me hooked on politics….LOL! :-P
  12. I’ve smoked cigarettes for better than 2/3 of my life and would give anything to finally be able to quit!
  13. I’m very good at keeping secrets, as long as it’s not something I think is going to hurt someone deeply if they find out!
  14. My husband is my soulmate and I cannot imagine having to live without him!
  15. I sometimes think I’m a horrible mom
  16. I feel very blessed to have my children, even when they make me mad, because I was told at 19 that I’d never have children
  17. I fear that the only way my sister will ever leave her current husband is by leaving in a body bag
  18. I wish my family got along better and was less judgemental!
  19. I lost my father to cancer when I was 14 and some days I still miss him so much that I cry
  20. I am diagnosed with Bi Polar disorder and chronic depression and HATE taking medication because 99% of it causes major weight gain
  21. I have a difficult time trusting people because so many “friends” have hurt me deeply
  22. When I do trust someone I trust them deeply
  23. I have VERY few friends, but the ones that I have a treasure like a precious gift
  24. I was adopted when I was 3 days old and would love to find my biological family
  25. It hurts my mom that I want to find my biological family
  26. I am a HUGE Cincinnati Bengals fan!
  27. So much so that I SCREAM when they mess up a play or loose a game for stupid reasons!
  28. I was totally devastated when Carson Palmer hurt his knee in December 2005
  29. Since I don’t believe in hate, I dislike the Pittsburgh Steelers with great intensity!
  30. I fear that when my children grow up they will develop my mental health issues.
  31. I still kiss my children good night every night and tell them I love them
  32. I do not go to sleep angry with my children or my husband!
  33. I’m very impulsive and often say things that I don’t mean when I’m angry
  34. When I say those things, it’s very hard for me to let go of the fact that I said them
  35. I hang on to the guilt that I feel about saying them for a very long time
  36. Although I’m scared to permanently be alone, I love being alone as long as I know it’s not a forever thing!
  37. When I’m home alone I rarely have the TV or radio on, I prefer the quiet
  38. When the TV is on it is usually on news or reality shows
  39. I’m a HUGE American Idol fan, as are the other members of my household
  40. We stop what we’re doing and go to the living room when American Idol comes on and watch it together as a family.
  41. I am a MAJOR home body, I love to be at home because I feel safe and secure
  42. I didn’t feel safe and secure when we lived in the inner city
  43. I “witnessed” a murder that happened in my own yard(by hearing it happen)
  44. I’ve never felt as scared as I did that night!
  45. I dream of visiting San Francisco
  46. I also dream of visiting Italy and Ireland, but am scared of going to foreign countries
  47. When I was 20 I “met up” with a truck driver and went across the country for 2 months without letting my family know where I was
  48. Although it was a VERY stupid thing to do, I have no regrets about doing that
  49. I dislike dishonesty with great intensity, if you can’t be honest with me then I don’t need you in my life, PERIOD!
  50. Since I’m half done with this list I’m going to take a break for a bit!

  52. I’m a real “schedule” person, meaning I have my habits and things that I do on a daily basis, and if they change more than minorly, my entire day is completely off balance
  53. WOW, I had no idea that minorly isn’t a real word!
  54. I am a coffee ADDICT!  I drink several cups a day, and when I go to a coffee bar my drink of choice is a Cafe Latte!
  55. My favorite “regular” coffee is Folger’s Columbian Supreme
  56. My favorite gourmet coffee is Seattle’s Best Seattle’s Best Blend
  57. My second favorite gourmet coffee is Starbuck’s Sumatra blend
  58. I normally drink my coffee with cream and sugar
  59. I have drank it black, but only when necessary
  60. I worry that I’m 41 and don’t have a “career” yet, besides being a mom and wife
  61. My dream is to be a graphic designer
  62. My mom is my hero, she’s the strongest woman I’ve ever known
  63. I’m very proud of the man my husband has become!
  64. I can’t believe I actually was going to leave him and get a divorce at one time, but I’m glad I didn’t!
  65. My favorite alcoholic beverage is Sangria
  66. I don’t care to drink hard liquor, but once in a while will have a Seven and Seven
  67. My favorite flower is a daffodil
  68. My favorite color is yellow
  69. My favorite month of the year is May
  70. My favorite day of the week is Monday(when I’m not working outside my home)
  71. My favorite day of the week is Friday (when I am working outside my home)
  72. My anniversary is May 1
  73. I have this “thing” about numbers, they go through my head non stop when I’m trying to fall asleep
  74. My brother and his wife have been married for 27 years, they dated for 4 years prior to getting married and I still remember the phone number at the house she lived in for the first year they dated(which would be 30 years ago…LOL)
  75. My mom still lives in the same house she lived in when I was born
  76. Between my mom and step father they have 16 grandchildren, 3 step grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
  77. I have no living grandparents, my last grandparent passed away in 2003
  78. My favorite food alternates between pasta, pizza and tacos
  79. I make the BEST lasagna you’ll ever eat! But that’s just my opinion ;-)
  80. I do not eat read meat or chicken(unless I cook the chicken)
  81. I do not eat eggs unless they’re used for baking
  82. I don’t eat the above foods simply because I DO NOT like the taste of them
  83. Number 83, one of my favorite numbers because I graduated in ‘83 :-D
  84. When I graduated from high school I went to college for one year and was a missions major (99% of the people in my life don’t know that)
  85. When I was growing up I wanted to be one of 3 things: A Missionary, a Preachers wife or a farmers wife
  86. A mistake I made in early 1986 made me come to the realization that my dream of being a Missionary or a preachers wife would never happen
  87. My last car accident was almost 22 years ago (I hope I don’t jinx myself by saying that)
  88. That was also when I got my last ticket (ditto on the jinxing thing)
  89. My first “long term” relationship began in 1989 and it would change my life forever (but NOT in good ways)
  90. I’ve had 2 car accidents in my life, in the first one if I would have been wearing my seat belt, I would have died (they weren’t mandatory at the time), in my sencond one if I wouldn’t have been wearing my seat belt I would have died (they were mandatory by then)
  91. I met the man that would help me change my life on September 19, 1991(he changed it in VERY GOOD ways)
  92. On May 1, 1992 I married this man for better or for worse.  Although our life together has NEVER been easy, I would not change a thing about it because it has made us who we are today (although I wish some of the very painful things would have been a little less painful!) ;-)
  93. During the 2nd week of 1993 my first child came into this world.  He was 3 weeks late and didn’t want to come when he did, and to this day is STILL a very stubborn child!  But I love him with all my heart!
  94. I’ve spent the better part of my adult life dealing with chronic depression.  It is only by the grace of God and the loving people that I have been in my life over the years that I have not given into my depression and am still alive today
  95. In the summer of 1995 my little blond haired girl came into this world.  She was early and wanted out so badly that they didn’t even have time to give me an IV let alone pain medication.  She’s very headstrong and reminds me a lot of me when I was her age.  Some of my strongest battles in life have involved her, but I love her as I do her brother, with all my heart!
  96. Although I do admit that I enjoy them, materialistic things have very little meaning to me.  I learned in the summer of 2003 how quickly things can be gone, and what the most important things in life are.
  97. I still have the majority of the cards and letters my husband gave me before we were married
  98. My husband proposed to me by giving me a lime green bowling ball with what would be my initials if I married him engraved into it (we met on a bowling league)
  99. Everyone who knew us on the day we were married said our marriage would not last.  The vast majority of those people are now divorced yet we’re still married!
  100. I HIGHLY recommend that everyone do one of these, you learn neat things about yourself and about other people as you read theirs!
